This Policy applies to all sites, mobile applications, including www.gabazzo.com. and other online services (collectively, “Platform”) we made available by Gabazzo, here, this Policy applies only to information collected on or through the Platform, and it does not apply to information collected or obtained by through any other means (including, without limitation, information collected offline, in person, over the telephone and/or by mail, or from third parties outside the Platform). Undefined capitalized terms used here shall have the definitions set forth in our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time; any changes we make to this Policy will be posted on the Site, we will also take any other steps,to the extent required by applicable law, including notifying you and.or seeking your explicit consent to material changes. Changes to this Policy are effective as of the state “Last Updated” date. “Collective” Content means User Content and Gabazzo Content Together.
“Content” means text, graphics, images, software, video, other Document Files, information or other materials, including but not limited to profile information, Contractor Services, message threads, reviews, search engine results, map services, and other information or materials available on or through Gabazzo.
“Customer Member” means a Member who is registered to receive messages from contractors, request quotes from contractors, or otherwise uses the platform to receive, review, or facilitate the receipt of Contractors.
“Member” means a person or entity who completes Gabazzo;s registration process or a person or entity who submits or receives a request through Gabazzo, including buy not limited to Contractors and Customer Members.
“Platform” means all Gabazzo Websites, mobile or other applications, software, process and any other services provided by or through Gabazzo.
“Contractor Services” means the services listed, offered by Contactors, or sought, scheduled or received by the Customer Members, through the platform.
“Contractor” means a Member who is registered to send quotes for Contractor Services, sends quotes for Contractor Services, or otherwise uses the platform to offer services, provide, message, share files, or facilitate the provision of Contractor Services.
“Gabazzo Content” means all Content Gabazzo makes/offers available on or through the Platform, including any Content Licensed from a third party, but excluding User Content.
“User Content” means all Content submitted, posted, uploaded, published, or transmitted on or through the Platform by any Member or other user of the Platform. Including but not limited to photographs, profile information, descriptions, postings, reviews, and messages made through the Platform, but excluding Gabazzo Content.
When you Register on Gabazzo, use it, complete forms, or use it as a collaborator, and/or register to our programs, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, Facebook or Google account login details and username, we will also ask you to provide or otherwise collect additional information that you provide us, such as:
Types of Information You Directly provide Us with (We may collect information from you during your use or access of the Platform):
All information you provide directly to us may concern you or others and may include, but is not limited to: (i) Name; (ii) Zip Code; (iii) Email Address; (iv) Home or Business Telephone Number; (v) Home, Business or other Physical Mailing Address; (vi) Demographic Information (e.g., gender, age, political preference, education, race, or ethnic origin, and other information; (vii) Date of Birth; (viii) Insurance Information; (ix) Photographs; (x) Information about your project, home, request or need; (xi) Video or Audio Files; (xii) Identity Verification Information; (xiii) Information about other Social Networks linked Accounts; (xiv) Details about your listed ports, Areas of Expertise, Payments Accepted, Languages, Business Hours, Service Areas, Important Facts [State License Trade, License Number, and Insurance Type] (xv) Any other content you include/upload in Gabazzo messaging system with other users through the Platform or communication with us. It may also include information specific to services you are requesting or offering through the Platform, such as a Business name, service description, qualifications and credentials. You aren’t required to provide us with such information, but certain features of the Platform may not be accessible or available to use, absent the provision of the requested information.
Device/Usage Information. We and our Third-party service providers, which include Ad networks & analytics providers including Google Analytics, may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about the computers, mobile, or other devices when you access the Platform. As described further below, we may collect and analyze information including but not limited to (i) Browser Type; (ii) ISP or operating system; (iii) Domain Name; (iv) Access time; (v) referring or exit pages; (vi) page views; (vii) IP Address; (viii) Unique Device Identifiers (e.g. IDFA or Android ID); and (ix) the type of device that you may use. We may also track and record when and how frequently you access or use the Platform, or how you browse the Platform. We use this information (including the information collected by our third party service providers) for Platform view of analytics (Including to determine which portions of the Platform are used most frequently and what our users like or don’t like), to assist in determining relevant advertising (both on and off the Platform), to evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns, and as otherwise described in this Policy.
Location Information. When you use the Platform, we may collect general location information (such as IP Address). To deliver customized content and advertising, we may share your local information with our agents, contractors, or advertisers. Contractors Location will be displayed on the Search Engine, Contractor Index Card, or company profile. Customer Members will have only City and State displayed on their Member Profile Page for contractors to view.
Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies. We and our Third-party service providers may use cookies and other technologies that help us better understand user behavior, personalize preferences, perform research and analytics, and improve the Platform. These technologies may allow us to tailor the Platform at your needs, save your password in password-protected areas, track the pages you may visit, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Platform usage. We also use these technologies to deliver advertisements through the Platform that may have an interest in you. We or our third party service providers also may use certain technologies in emails to our customers to help us track the email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
We may also use local shared objects (known as “Flash Cookies”) to assist in delivering special content, such as Video clips or other types of moving content. Flash cookies are stored on your device, but they are not managed through your web browser. Additionally, in order for us to improve your online experience at Gabazzo, we have implemented impression reporting. While you view our ads, we gather user Global Unique Identifier (GUI), HTTP request data like, user agent, IP, host, URL, country/continent from which a request is made, browser info, device/operating system Version. We may collect information about you or others through Gabazzo affiliates or through non-affiliated third parties. For example, you may be able to access the Platform through a social networking account, such as Facebook or Google. If you access the Platform through your Facebook or Google account, you may allow us to have access to certain information in your Social media account profile. This may include your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, locations, date of birth, email address, photos, videos, people you may follow and/or who follow you, and/or your posts or “likes”. Social networking sites, such as Facebook and Google, have their own policies for handling your information. We have no control over how any third-party site uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.
We may collect information about you or others through non-affiliated third parties. For example, to the extent permitted by law, we may, in our sole discretion, ask for and collect supporting information from third parties, such as information about your Credit from a Credit Bureau, or information to verify your identity or trustworthiness, or for other fraud or safety related purposes. Through non-affiliated third parties, we may NOT collect any information that demonstrates the occurrence of an off-Platform communication between a Contractor and Client Member, we aren’t responsible for any communication exchanges
